I returned to Teesdale after 10 years living and working in Liverpool where I ran a Web Design Agency. Growing that business from 7 to 120 staff in 5 years was a fantastic experience and taught me that a business can and should punch above its weight to succeed, how to work with and get the best from creative people (akin to herding cats), to realise the potential of the Internet whatever you do, the importance of design in everything, how simple but effective it is to take or create brands online and most importantly of all, how to have fun at work.

As well as working for the agency, I am also Marketing Director at Radio Teesdale, a new local community station based in Barnard Castle.

I live in Gainford with my husband Martin and our little girl Lucy.
