First Aid Today was set up in 2007 by Uel Readioff after he was suddenly made redundant from a large Gateshead retailer after recently relocating to the North East for the position. The experience proved a real turning point because it prompted Uel to set up his own business with First Aid Today.

With 23 years of experience in customer service, Uel was able to offer a complete one stop shop of high quality, competitively priced services for businesses and organisations of all sizes. Services include First Aid Training, Supplies and Signage, Customer Service Training, Telesales and lead generation and now branding, design and video production.

Uel joined the Agency’s Fastest Fifty programme to help him develop the skills he needed to grow the business further so he could take on more staff and expand his activities. He attended all the seminars and quickly built a successful relationship with his mentors.
