We provide essential support to community and voluntary organisations in Wear Valley and Teesdale to help them become self sustaining / economically viable. All you have to do is ask.
Assistance and support can include any or all of the following:
- Help to prepare a viable plan for sustainability
- Develop a marketing strategy, including cost effective marketing activities
- Define organisational Aims & Objectives & Governance
- Identify & consult stakeholders
- Define individual Roles & Responsibilities ie job descriptions
- Identify future funding requirements & future sources of funding/income
- Carry out organisational training needs analysis and provide developmental opportunities for both managers and volunteers
- Provide advice on the development or organisational handbooks/operating systems.
