The Enterprise Agency has created a new management training course designed to enable you as a businesses to develop existing personnel or you as an individual to gain a formal management qualification recognized by the Institute of Leaders and Managers (ILM).

The one hundred and eighty hours worth of management training will be delivered at Enterprise House, Barnard Castle. The format of the course is flexible and determined according to your needs. This course takes approximately one year to complete and is delivered during evenings.

The course also includes a residential weekend, where tutors and students participate in workshops and group activities away from the formal study environment, combining fun with learning.

This course is heavily subsidised, however there is a nominal fee payable per student. This course will deliver significant benefits to business and participants.
